Leadership Challenge Program
Beginnings (LCP-B)

Course Overview

LCP-B (Beginnings) is targeted to assist new hires into the workforce. LCP-B builds a solid foundation for effective and efficient acclimation into the workforce by:

  1. introducing participants to their behavioral preferences and leadership tendencies,

  3. clarifying where they fit into the system by becoming effective followers, and
  4. providing some basic “rules of engagement” regarding social, cultural and legal expectations of the workplace

Ultimately, the program goal is to mitigate the frustration and misunderstanding commonly experienced by new hires. LCP B provides a solid foundation, common language and common expectations for both LCP I and eventually LCP II.
