Identify positive behaviors in the current culture and develop strategies to actively promote, reinforce and augment these behaviors across the organization.
Most organizations know how to respond to crisis. We utilize a “crisis response” approach. Through this approach, we work with clients identify the underlying cultural norms that may be contributing to undesirable behaviors, develop a strategy to address these processes in the context of culture. Next, we take aggressive, immediate steps to “triage” the situation, while collaboratively forming a long-term strategy to predict and prevent future failures.
