Dr. Melissa Faulkner is a Senior Instructor and Technical Writer for Leadership Foundry. Melissa spent over 20 years in higher education as a tenured professor, Department Chair, and Director of Tutoring and Learning Services, as well as initiating and directing a variety of programs and initiatives. She has received many awards and grants including a Faculty Excellence in Teaching award from the Higher Learning Commission and a Teagle Foundation grant. Dr. Faulkner has published a variety of articles and presented at conferences across North America. She also has a keen interest in mindfulness and health, holding certifications as a trauma informed yoga instructor, meditation coach, and social and emotional learning facilitator.
Edye is a Leadership Development Consultant for the Leadership Foundry. Edye is a National Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has worked with individuals and groups and serves as a motivating force to assist them in positive growth and achievement of their goals. Prior to joining The Leadership Foundry, Edye was in law enforcement for over 20 years. Danny is a Senior Instructor and Executive Coach consultant for Leadership Foundry, a division of Xator Corporation. In 2018, he retired as a Chief Master Sergeant as the Commandant, United States Air Force First Sergeant Academy. Danny was responsible for the training and development of Air Force First Sergeants through a blended facilitated distance learning and in-residence program of instruction. Additionally, he was responsible for the development and validation of the course curriculum, to include the materials used to train additional duty First Sergeants throughout the active duty, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve components. He brings over 27 years of senior leadership with experience primarily leading and coaching at all levels. He has extensive background in human resources management, educational development, training and education, and call centers. In addition, he is a dynamic communicator with a wide range of audiences from 500 to 15 attendees. He has 12 years of experience as Adjunct Professor in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, and coaching with over 4,000 hours facilitating distance learning as Adjunct Professor and over 2,500 podium hours.

David is a Senior Instructor with Xator’s Leadership Foundry. While he spent most of his career working in the IT field, most recently as Xator’s IT Manager, he has always had a passion for helping people become as effective and efficient as they can be. Supporting a broad range of IT users throughout the organization, he found providing training and documentation to be the most satisfying aspects of his position. Consequently, he was very grateful for the opportunity to join the Leadership Foundry team, and to assist with their mission. David has also previously worked as an adjunct instructor for Northwest Florida State College, and has provided course development and instruction services to the Royal Saudi Air Force. He is certified in multiple psychological instruments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behavior (FIRO-B).
